At Kedlearn, we strive to provide a positive and engaging learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Course Fees

All course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Students are encouraged to review the course details carefully before enrolling.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify Kedlearn at least 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date or after the course has begun.

3. Course Rescheduling

Students who wish to transfer their enrollment to another course date may do so with no penalty, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original course start date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

4. Course Cancellation by Kedlearn

If Kedlearn cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@kedlearn.com. Please include your full name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
